Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Agency") and Web Builder ("Protege LLC", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or deploying websites through Web Builder, you agree to comply with and be bound by all terms, policies, and notices referenced herein.

Account Registration & Security

Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete registration details including a valid email address.
Credential Safeguarding: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Multi-user Access: Agency Tier accounts may invite sub-users; master account holders remain liable for sub-user actions.

Subscription Plans, Renewal & Refund Policy

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your chosen billing cycle until cancelled via your billing dashboard.

14-Day Guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid plan activations.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Web Builder to publish, transmit, or store:

Phishing pages, malware distribution, or unauthorized script injection.
Content violating third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
Unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) generation via CRM or contact forms.
Illegal activities, deceptive financial schemes, or hate speech.

Intellectual Property & User Content

You own 100% of your data and site content. Web Builder does not claim ownership over images, logos, copy, or customer datasets you upload. Web Builder retains exclusive rights to the builder source code, proprietary UI elements, templates, and backend architecture.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

We commit to a 99.9% network uptime SLA for all published user websites. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via dashboard notifications.

Termination & Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your website data before permanent deletion. In no event shall Protege LLC be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost revenue damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
